Subthreshold Apollo microcontrollers for battery-powered wearables and endpoint AI

Ambiq designs ultra-low-power system-on-chips based on its subthreshold power optimized technology, which runs transistors below their nominal threshold voltage. The Apollo family of Arm Cortex-M4 and Cortex-M55 microcontrollers, some with integrated Bluetooth Low Energy, powers smartwatches, fitness bands, hearing devices, medical patches and battery-operated sensors. The company also offers the neuralSPOT software for running neural networks on its chips.
