Memfault provides an observability platform for embedded devices. An SDK on the device captures crashes, reboots, metrics and traces, and the cloud service groups issues, tracks fleet health and delivers staged over-the-air firmware updates. It supports Zephyr, FreeRTOS, bare-metal microcontrollers, embedded Linux and Android. Nordic Semiconductor acquired the company in 2025, and the product continues under its own brand for customers using any silicon.
