Prophesee develops event-based vision sensors whose pixels report only changes in light rather than full frames, producing sparse data with microsecond timing and high dynamic range. Its Metavision sensors, co-developed with Sony, and the Metavision SDK are used in industrial inspection, robotics, automotive driver monitoring, smartphone deblurring and AR devices. The company sells evaluation kits and licenses its sensor designs to manufacturing partners.
